The Campaign for Consumer Choice was started by online marketplace eBay and is supported by 750,000 citizens from across the EU. Together we’re calling on EU politicians to bring European law up-to-date with the internet age.

We think it’s unfair that EU law gives companies permission to stop people selling legitimate products online, regardless of whether the goods are new or second-hand.
